All prices stated on this website (in particular in the website configurator) are non-binding guide prices, net plus statutory VAT. They serve as orientation only and do not constitute a binding offer.

The actual price depends on the individual effort involved and is calculated as part of a personal quote based on your specific requirements. Deviations from the guide price are therefore possible.

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products

Grafenau digital solutions GmbH operates its own Software-as-a-Service products, including GK Routenplaner (route and maintenance management for service businesses) and TomsClock (time tracking). In addition to this legal notice, the following apply to the use of these SaaS services:

• Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) — govern the conclusion of the contract, the term, termination, prices and the obligations of both parties.
• Our Privacy Policy, including the provisions on data processing on behalf of a controller pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR — relevant if, as a customer, you enter personal data of your own end customers into our service.

For questions about your SaaS contract (termination, invoices, data protection, support), please contact office@grafenau.at or use the support channels built into the respective product.

EU dispute resolution

In accordance with the Regulation on online dispute resolution in consumer matters (ODR Regulation), we would like to inform you about the online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform).

Consumers have the option of submitting complaints to the European Commission online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

However, we would like to point out that we are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
